Crafting : Happy Mother's Day

Love this Blossoming Kids craft idea for Mother's Day.  Using a frame a picture frame, line picture area with patterned paper (wrapping paper or scrap book paper), then glue construction paper stem to flower, then add a cupcake wrapper for the flower that child's  picture will go inside. So cute.

Amy Sedaris Potato Ships

The always adorable actress and author Amy Sedaris demonstrates one of the crafts "Potato Ships" from her hilarious book Crafts for Poor People.  Amy's brother is fellow author and comedian David Sedaris.

(His last book, I read while I was sitting at the airport - I laughed so hard - people we scooting away from me. No joke.
