With this year's heat wave and dry conditions, many neighborhoods will have to skip celebrating the Fourth of July with the traditional firework grandeur. This year plan to put your bang into festive Fourth of July decorations. Create simple DIY nostalgic Independence Day paper creations made from crape paper and ribbon in lieu of burning down your neighborhood.
