Love this Blossoming Kids craft idea for Mother's Day. Using a frame a picture frame, line picture area with patterned paper (wrapping paper or scrap book paper), then glue construction paper stem to flower, then add a cupcake wrapper for the flower that child's picture will go inside. So cute.
