What We're Listening To: Duran Duran Hungry Like The Wolf

Something about summer brings out the 80's in me.  When I think of summer Duran Duran comes to mind.  The multi-platinum album Rio hit shelves in May of 1982 loaded with hot, sultry songs that pulsated summer.  The album's iconic cover art was painted by famous 80's artist Patrick Nagel.  I still listen to this album (on vinyl).  One of my all time favorites, here is Duran Duran with "Hungry Like The Wolf" from the album Rio. 

What We're Listening To: Kelis - Fourth of July

We posted Kelis performing this song live in concert a while back.  Here's the fabulous Bob Mackie studded music video.  Dancing in beautiful vintage Bob Mackie gowns, Kelis is on fire for the music video filmed in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada. The beautiful bombshell belts effortlessly over intense grinding beats creating an electrifying sound with the summer dance anthem "Fourth of July."  Here's Kelis with "Fourth of July."  Enjoy.
