Room Study : Style, Space, and Function

This bedroom / office / guest room, by Katie Ridder, is so well planned.  The Styling - the cool blue and green color scheme is both relaxing and calming as is the straight, tailored, and uncluttered lines.  Space and Function - the upholstered daybed with trundle bed allows room a sofa and with built in desk and cabinets the room still seems open and bright.  The swing arm wall sconce is a smart choice for lighting saving space as opposed to using a table and table lamp.  Love the glossy ceiling maximizing room light.  Such a great room full of so many decorating ideas and tips.
