Chanel Haute Couture 2013 Fashion Show

Watch the CHANEL Spring-Summer 2013 Haute Couture fashion show that took place on January 22nd at the Grand Palais, Paris.  The Grand Palais was transformed into an incredible lush forest.  Absolutely amazing and a must see. Check it out.

Fashion: CHANEL Spring Summer 2013 Ready To Wear

Karl Lagerfeld for CHANEL Spring Summer 2013 Ready To Wear.  Color Blocking, Whites, Purple/Blue, Emerald Green, and Smocks.  I want a Hula Hoop Bag.  Plus, wind turbines and solar panels, oh Karl.

Fashion: Chanel - Cruise 2013 Fashion Show

The Chanel - Cruise 2012/13 - fashion show by Karl Lagerfeld, or as I call it "Marie Antoinette 2013," was staged at Versailles with enough pastel ruffles and platform sneakers to make you wish for a Bermuda Shirt.  My question was, "where are they traveling to?" (Zac said, "somewhere fabulous." I say, "let them eat cake.")  Skip to 3:30 for my exact reaction.  All jokes aside, the event was another grand statement created by the genius of Karl Lagerfeld.

With another spectacular show at the Grand Palais in Paris, Karl Lagerfeld  debuts the Fall/Winter 2012/13 Ready to Wear for CHANEL.  This season look for the jewel tones and metallic finishes we spoke about in a post earlier in the year.

CHANEL Spring-Summer 2012 Haute Couture

Peanuts, Pretzels?
Karl Lagerfeld has a Pan Am theme for CHANEL's 2012 Spring-Summer Haute Couture show.  This season - the palette in shades of cold blue to cobalt - the cuts and silhouettes resemble those of uniforms.  The models walked down the runway designed like the interior of an airplane - with the guests seated as if they were passengers.  Take notes and enjoy.
