Out Of The Box : Architecture For Owl Watchers


Zac, this is for you:  On the Rives Arcins in Bordeaux, France sits two owl structures.  The pair were constructed as part of the Noise Initiative.  Designed by Zebra3/Buy-Sellf, the exterior wood work is organic, while the interior is a surprising contrast of geometric shapes and angles.

Oh, The 90's: Lenny Kravitz Are You Gonna Go My Way


In the 90's, we had Generation X, The Grunge Scene, and Mosh Pits - just to name a few.  If you've forgotten or you missed it, there was a lot of flannel and combat boots.  Bands like Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the Smashing Pumpkins were on the radio and in 1993 this song was hot.  Enjoy this blast from the past.  Here's Lenny Kravitz live with "Are You Gonna Go My Way?" 

Graffiti Hotel


Graffiti, as an art form, walks a fine line between art and intrusion. The Au Vieux Panier hotel in Marseille, France gave Graffiti artist Tili the opportunity to intrude and walk that fine line literally by splitting a room exactly in half with his art.  Check it out.
