Following the recent bankruptcy of Detroit, in sort of a sad sign of the times, haunting and exquisite French photographers Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre document the collapse of the American city in their book "The Ruins of Detroit."
Twenty five years ago, a young man armed with a paintbrush and a broom
set out to change his community. Little did he or his supporters know
