The self proclaimed "California Gurl" is riding high with both a new concert movie and and new album release. In her "Part of Me" video, Katy Perry deals with more personal subject matter - maybe inspired by her own personal drama, in the video she plays a scorned girlfriend who rushes to join the military as an act of self empowerment.
