So often I hear, "I want people to walk in and say 'wow'." Well, here you go. At 1,200 sq. ft., this isn't really a small NYC apartment, but in relative terms it is a small space, and it definitely has "WOW" quality. Designer Philip Gorrivan shows House Beautiful how it is done. Love the lacquer walls and ceilings.
