I am going to say this wallpaper is probably not wallpaper but was originally Elvis themed wrapping paper and the paper was used as wallpaper. (Brilliant.) This could be a DIY project. Decorating Tip: If you are looking for an inexpensive wallpaper solution, wrapping paper can be a wallpaper alternative. Look for heavy wrapping paper (better quality) as opposed to economy wrapping paper (thinner). Heavy paper will be easier to work with in the long run. Find simple wallpaper paste, box cutter, and brushes at the local hardware store. You will need at least 2 wallpaper brushes. One brush to paste with and one dry brush to smooth out wrinkles. After Dry: Use a sharp edge to trim edges and corners.
